SAN ANTONIO – The UTSA University Career Center is excited to welcome Bryana Ortiz to the University Career Center team. Ortiz will serve as a Career Counselor and college liaison, providing guidance and resources to students and alumni associated with the Alvarez College of Business.
“We’re excited to see Bryana’s collaboration with our Carlos Alvarez College of Business. We’re confident she will build a strong partnership with our students and alumni,” says Executive Director, Mario Vela.
“We are fortunate to have Bryana join the University Career Center. Her career services and program-building experience will make a lasting impact at UTSA,” says Director of Career Development and College Relations, Adrian Ramirez.
Ortiz comes to UTSA with over 2 years of counseling experience. Ortiz received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her M.Ed. in Counselor Education – Clinical Mental Health both at Texas Tech University. Prior to UTSA, Ortiz was a Career Consultant at Texas Woman’s University and a Counseling Intern at the Texas Tech University Career Center.
“I am thrilled to be a part of the UTSA community! I’m excited to extend any support I can to help students feel empowered throughout their career development journey,” says Bryana.
