The mission of INROADS is to develop and place talented under-served students in business and industry and prepare them for corporate and community leadership. We do this by recruiting dedicated undergraduate students with at least a 3.0 GPA, 1 summer left before graduation, a career interest in Business, Computers, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and STEM. If chosen by one of our corporate sponsors for an internship, we provide our interns with continual training and development and are their advocate during the conversion process to a full-time employee. Each position varies per Corporate Partner and location.
