Think of the job interview as a conversation between two or more individuals to determine:
- if the candidate has the skill sets necessary to do the job, and
- whether they are a good fit for the company.
It can also be likened to a sales presentation. However, instead of selling a product, you are selling ‘Brand YOU’. Your resume may look fabulous, but the way you perform in the interview will often be the determining factor as to whether you land the job or not.
