The UTSA Virtual Career Expo – powered by Hispanic Serving Institutions Career Collaborative (HSI CC) will be on October 12th from 1:00 pm-6:00 pm CST. Don’t miss this great opportunity to network and recruit students and alumni from 14 of the leading HSIs in the country!

There will be several Pre-Career Virtual Expo Workshops, click here for more information. Learn from the Career Center staff and Company representatives on how to best standout during the virtual expo (resumes, elevator speech, researching companies, etc.)
Quick Video Tutorial on how to sign up for group and/or one on one sessions!
- Dress appropriately. The dress code for this event is business casual.
- Prepare by researching the companies that will be attending. You can view the Cheat Sheet here.
- Reference VMock and Aspire (in VMock) for resume, LinkedIn assistance, and Elevator Pitch practice.
- Update your Handshake profile with your most current information (upload an up-to-date resume). This career fair is hosted on Handshake. When interacting with employers, they will have the ability to visit your profile.
- Build your schedule! Register for one-on-one and 30-minute group sessions with organizations before the fair.
- You must set your profile visibility to “Community” to be able to participate in the virtual fair.

Note: If you would like to connect with companies the day of the expo you will need to register for their One-on-One’s and/or Group Sessions in order to interact with them.
