Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) Career Collaborative Summit

The Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) Career Collaborative Summit is a partnership between 14 of the leading HSIs in the country, which are composed of at least 51% Hispanic/Latinx students. Together we have joined forces to create the inaugural HSI Career Collaborative Summit!

The HSI Career Collaborative Summit is an event that will provide a virtual platform for students/alumni from participating institutions to engage with 100+ companies through a day of professional development followed by a career expo.

  1. April 14th – Attend professional development workshops from 3 pm-6 pm CST (only 200 slots per Institution)
    1. Keynote with Airbnb: 3:00 – 3:55 pm (CST)
      Hear from the Keynote Speaker – Leo Cortez, Head of University Recruiting and Diversity Talent; Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Airbnb

    2. Session 1: 4:00- 4:55 pm (CST)
      Join the HSI Career Collaborative Summit for its first session – an employer panel from various industries

      Join the HSI Career Collaborative Summit for its second session workshop on navigating the virtual expo and strengthening your brand. The workshop will be presented by Nelly Leon (Florida International University) and JonPaul Hernandez (California State University, San Bernardino)

  2. April 15th – Career Expo from 12 pm-6 pm CST
