After a year’s culmination of work, feedback from current supervisors, and the rollout of a brand new website, ‘Runner Career Launch is here! This initiative is a way to incorporate resources and opportunities for on-campus student employees, to be used by their supervisors.
A main focus for UTSA is to ensure our students are gaining marketable/transferable skills while at the university, to be utilized in their bold career journeys. Over the course of the last year, a committee from across campus focused on feedback provided by other on campus supervisors, as well as drawing on their own experiences supervising student employees.
