Enter the room as a GUEST by typing your name in the space provided and selecting Enter Room. You do NOT need to register with adobe connect to view the event.
To view the event you will need:
1) Computer with Internet access
2) Speakers to hear the presenter (test them in advance with the audio wizard accessed by clicking the “Meeting” (link at the top left side and then the “Audio Setup Wizard”)
Note: The link is currently live so attendees can test their computers immediately. After following the above instructions, you will enter the room and see the title slide of the presentation and the chat box. You will NOT hear any sound or see any slides moving until the date/time of the presentation.
