Take 2 minutes. “Power pose” before your next interview. Think we’re joking?

Listen to this TED Talk from Social Psychologist, Amy Cuddy! She shows how “power posing” — standing in a posture of confidence, even when we don’t feel confident — can affect chemical levels in the brain, and might even have an impact on our chances for success. About 75% of the way through the talk, she discusses interviewing specifically and the impact. Might take a couple of minutes (privately, please) to “power pose” before that next interview!
